Frequently Asked Questions
How am I billed?
Once your order is packed and shipped Holyoke News Company will bill your account. Your order will arrive with a packing list. An invoice will be mailed separately. You will have 30 days from the invoice date to pay for your order.
How do I send back returns?
Pack your returns along with a packing list with information giving date of purchase or invoice number. You may also include a copy of the original invoice. Ship prepaid to Holyoke News Company attention “Returns Department”. Returns must be made within one year of invoice date.
How long will it take to receive my order?
If your books are in stock at our warehouse your order will ship the next day. You can check the shipping maps on this web site to determine how many days your order will take to arrive at your school. If your books have to be backordered please allow up to two weeks.
How much should I include for freight charges?
We charge the actual UPS or Fed Ex rate for shipping. We do not include any additional handling charges. We do not charge freight for any books we have to backorder for you.
Do I need to order 100 copies of the same book to get a 40% discount?
No. As long as your total combined order is 100 or more books you will receive a 40% discount.
